スウェーデン・ストックホルム、2024年10月8日 -Neonode Inc. (NASDAQ: NEON)は本日、ピーター・クルック氏がクラスII取締役として同社の取締役会に参加したことを発表した。
ピーター・クルックは現在、ナスダック・ストックホルム上場企業であり、世界有数のプリント基板メーカーであるNCABグループABの最高経営責任者および取締役を務めている。クルック氏は、グローバル産業企業のリーダーとして豊富な経験を有している。2018年から2020年までドメティック・グループのEMEA地域社長を務め、ドメティック・グループの経営陣の一員であった。2009年から2018年まで、米国上場企業であり、世界の自動車産業に先端エレクトロニクスを供給する大手サプライヤーであるStoneridge Inc.のエレクトロニクス部門社長および経営陣のメンバーを務めた。
